My 20 months old daughter refuses to walk in unfamiliar places - we understand that this is totally normal. We tried to tell her that its okay and that we will hold onto her hands ... but whenever we try to bend down and put her down ...she would strive and say "5 hai" or "carry me". What can I do to help? She seems to be quite uneasy and needs quite a long time to settle in......
