Dear parents: Do you know if CCKG admit "small boys" (who were born in between Oct-Dec) who have already been through K2 elsewhere but want to repeat K2 (to become "big boys")? Please advice.Thanks,

If I understand your question correctly, CCKG will not admit "big boys" from the previous year.

In essence, all boys and girls born in the same year for upper and lower respectively. The biggest boy or girl would celebrate their birthday on 1st Jan.
