Hi Meowji,

Are there any differences in term of quality of teaching compare with woodland happy valley? how are the teachers in Woodland - Sai Sung?

Are you kids in k1 or k2?
Do they have lots of western children in Sai Sung?

My boy (dec 2007) went to Woodland SK for playgroups, stepping stones and preschool.

I believe their playgroups is great -- well, it also depends if you are lucky to get the good teachers. We happened to have a very good teacher during the summer, but starting the fall, we got a "so-so" one and the experience is not so great.

Stepping stones is so-so, at least the class size is smaller.

But preschool is really..... well....not up to par. In my daughter's preschool class, there were like 26-28 kids with only two teachers (and no helpers). There were lots of kids who are very naughty but the teachers do nothing to stop/discipline them. It just seems that everything is very loose. I saw some kids running over each other and the teachers don't do much to intervene.

i am currently looking at woodland and sunshine house pre-nursery for 2012. My son is 20 months old and I want to send him to nursery once he is 2y. Any comparisons of these 2 schools and other international schools in sai kung area?

My friend's daughter is studying in Woodland sai kung and they love the school!!

My son is in playgroup now and will move to stepping stones in Jan. He loves the school, very outgoing, speaks out a lot, and getting more discipline. I really like the campus and kids love the playroom for sure.
