When I sent my boy on the school bus this morning, noted there was no more seat for the last 2-3 kids including my son. Therefore my son had to shared with the other two kids and looked really crowded!
I checked with the school bus company and she said that was what they have planned. They prepared additional seat belt for safty purpose though.
Just wondering is this allowed and is there a maximium capacity required for the school bus?

我見朋友讀其他學校, 校車也是這樣安排, 應該係合法的, 不過做父母一定擔心安全, 我也會擔心, 唯有希望校車司機唔好咁快, 安全為上

May I know which route? The school bus service is really a headache.

My kids have the same case too, i call the transport department, they said according to hk law, is not illegal, but the staff tell me is legal but does not mean safety, the third party insurance may not able to claim when accident happen.

So, i also get annoy about the situation.
