I like the Hoppi books published by Little Rainbow Educational (they are available in the library).
Titles such as:
"The beauty of sharing"
"Chocolate Hannah" (don't eat too much chocolate)
"You can count on me".
"Treasure Hunt" (be happy)

Also:
Bruno Bears (eg "Bruno put the toys away")
Pepper

Those small books published by Sun Nga (Sunya?) are also okay and they are available in the library and also in most bookstores (eg don't play with automatic doors, don't be afraid of thunderstorm, how to make friends with others).
