my boy also will start on Aug 29, any body know what to bring? need to buy a school bag or not? need to bring a jacket (blue or white?)?when will we know what class? many questions....

I bought a school bag for him from Dr. Kong. I called the school and asked before and they told me we need a school bag big enough to put an A4 folder in.
By the way, did you transfer from another international school or from a local school?

Hello, I was informed by email that my son is in Group 1 who will have class on 29 & 30 Aug, rest on 31 Aug & 1 Sep.

I've been the uniform shop & they showed me the cardigan of CAIS,  just pure dark blue w/out any logo, I guess it's OK for them to wear their own one but not too fancy.

As I remember the parent handbook said, they need to bring snacks for 2 recesses & wet towel.  Do anyone know about the nap time necessaries?

On the day of interview, we've visited the classroom & noticed there're stack of beds on the side. So I asked the teacher & she said there will be around 30mins nap time after the lunch.

I want to apply for K3 in 2012 for my daughter. Can I ask all of you in which month should I submit the application form. Is the application open for the whole year?
Will the parents be interview or only the kid?
