My daughter is only 4 yrs old. She told me that her male tutor touch her inner thigh 3 days ago. Is this caused a sexual harassment? What should I do?

I have already terminate the service and reported to the police, but the police said there is no evidence to proof the case. I have asked the centre to give me the video but the teacher said they actually DID NOT turn on the recorder....

Yes, this is something not to tolerate. If your daughter can vividly describe what had happened, it's very likely that she did not make up the story (nor do we need to doubt a 4-year-old girl to do so). Something must be done to prevent any such future happenings, otherwise the male tutor can easily escape and very likely there will be more victims.

Btw, pls PM me the name of the centre, name of the tutor and what subjects he teaches. I really worry!!! Thanks.

唔好意思，一般4歲小朋友未必能準確的說明是"3天前"…會有其他可能性嗎？囡囡是否能沒有你的幫忙下試範出男導師如何摸到佢同乜野情況之下摸到佢？如你能肯定小朋友的能力，就算警察唔理，我覺得都要去centre討個公道和有關人事對質…

When I read this , I remember last night a man in HkJC. I feel sorry to your daughter and sorry to him.

I last night go HKJC buy football. I meet him and then we talk. we first talk football tips and then he talk himself

He has a four years girl. Someone sexual hurt her but the police say there is no proof. This man is sad and cannot sleep one year.

He has few year no work do. He has nearly use all his money now. He has mental illness for 30 years.

Now he is blind. He is blind not because he bad body. Someone pay ghost master to curse him and hurt him. This man know this because he go to 'ask rice and draw lots'.

He can not read small words. He can not see people face when they are 1 - 2 metre far away from him.

Good luck to your daughter and this man.
