This topic is probably asked before and forgive my ignorance.

I would like to know when I need to move to the school district for P.1 application. Is the address (and its proof) needed for Part 1 or Part 2 (lottery)?

Please advise.

you better move in few months before Part 1. You already need address proof in part 1.
Still, if you move in new district after part 1, it is also ok but you need to apply change of school district.
