Hi,

My daughter will participate the coming Primary school selection for 2012/13.

First of all, we live in net 12, but my daughter got 15 marks only.

From your statistics, she is nearly no chance to get in Marymount, St Paul's Catholic or St Francis in the 1st round.

Then she need to participate in the lucky draw in the 2nd round.

But I found that there is very less seats remain for those school.

If they can keep 60 seats for 2nd round lucky draw, that's mean 6 seats for Part A and 54 seats for part B in lucky draw.

If so, it is depends on the luck only, m I right?

So should I move to net 14 to pick up Cannossia (I know this school is also hot in net 14) in 1st round for safety or stay in net 12?

It is possible to get in St Paul's Catholic or St Francis in the 1st round with only 15 marks.

Also, the chance for getting into St Paul's Catholic or St Francis in the 2nd round is quite good if you put one of them as the first choice.

Better to stay in Net 12.

Agreed with FPLV's suggestion. I have a friend, whose daughter gets 15 marks can get a seat at St Paul's School.
