有無人寄左回條比學校?有無任何消息?

我打過電話去問喇, 佢地7月頭先收學費, 要等d 人交哂學費, 先知有冇位俾後備生, 應該7月中會收倒電話, 好似唔駛再interview, 收倒電話叫你去註冊, 即係你bingo左, 收唔倒, 就即係冇位, 希望幫倒你

I heard that they only have a really limited number of seats, like less than 5 for 'knocking door' given that they have so many applicants.

如果你只係六月尾寄回回條，相信你係2nd batch waiting list. 我的朋友係1st batch waiting list，而家都仲wait 緊，我估你當無望，而結果有就當bonus，個人可能會輕鬆啲。

其實我又無特別緊張學校收唔收，依家感覺似買左六合彩想對下中唔中頭獎咁解...haha

My son gets a place there but I reject it. I have told by the parents there. They feel that this school only has its famous name. However, they said that the teachers and principal do not care their students. (4:00 over half of the teachers leave school) Just like doing business. They would not help those weak students. They cannot give help. Why you pay high school fee but you cannot have good rewards? Think carefully before you have the P1 seat.

It sounds to me just the opposite. My experience with the school is totally different from what you said. It's also quite interesting to note that you applied a school for your son when you hold such thorough negative attitude towards it. Quite difficult to make sense. Why pay the school fee? Yes, why do you apply for it then?Just for fun ah. It seems more someone is waiting for a seat instead....

Every parent has his/her own reason not choosing a particular school, but I can't agree that it is a fair comment to the headmistress and teachers there.

everyone has its own choice. I believe what my friends experience in that school. Famous not means good!!!

Actually I am glad to notice mrsfungfung reject the place. With such a negative attitude, I don't think the school is fit for his/her boy. My experience with the school indicated that, both the teachers and 校長 works extremely hard for the best for the boys studied there. One of my son's classmate's academic standard was not good, his teachers are willing to assist him 補習 individually. Also, during a sharing workshop, I heard that teachers are willing to stay behind after school in order to provide a quiteplace for a boy to do homework because his mum hold the teachers that he could not concentrate at home. There are many more similar incidents. Teachers are very hardworking.
To be fair, mrsfungfung is not objective by only quoting others' words without personally experience it.

don't quite understand woh, if you are so believed in what your friend said and dislike the school so much, then why would you apply the school for your son in the first place? Is it because actually you are waiting for .....

This I totally agree.

Maybe there were particular incidents that led your friend(s) giving such comments.

The allegation that "teachers and principal do not care their students" and "they would not help those weak students" do not hold true to the majority of parents.

Every time I call the school at nearly 6pm, I always get the teacher answering me. I'm also impressed by their ways of teaching morality to students. They know how to appreciate the students with good behaviour.
