Hi,

My children is in Victoria K2 and is accepted by Victoria Primary. So, is it worth to pay 2 months school fee for reservation a seat at all?

My worry is that no of students is greater than previous year and no of school seats not increase. But I am also planning to apply for other DSS and private. And my net is not very good, net 18.

So want to assess if worth to reserve a seat

Actually, what's the difference then? I think at the end, most of the IS students will choose studying abroad and not in HK, am I right?

And is it common for P1 and P2 student from VSA change back to good local school?

And anyone know which is better, VSA or ISF both are not long history?

Actually, what's the difference then? I think at the end, most of the IS students will choose studying abroad and not in HK, am I right? Yes for IS but not sure if this is the case for VSA.

And is it common for P1 and P2 student from VSA change back to good local school? Again, I don't think many people here could give you the answer you want. VSA is listed under 小學一覽, the parents there are in better position to tell you the pros and cons of the school.

And anyone know which is better, VSA or ISF both are not long history? How can you compare an orange with apple?

According to the current cost structure, ISF is more expensive than VSA but the former has a higher teacher to student ratio than the latter. ISF is recognised as an IB world school for MYP and DP but not PYP; whereas, VSA is an IB world school for all the 3 programmes. As I have said in an earlier post, whether one school is 'better' than another is very subjective and depends largely on how you consider the pros and cons of these schools from your own viewpoint.
