My daughter on waiting lust too applied E/M but until now I won't get any call or letter. It's upset and i designed to study at York E/M. It have a huge birth at 2008 and the kids of this generation is smart so huge competitor too.

I heard that the E/M class only avaliable for the mandarin native speaker. I think no more change.

my son is not native mandarin speaker too.

Not necessary to be Mandarin native speaker as long as yr child can follow the simple instruction in Mandarin (my girl was asked to put apple first, then oragne into the basket) & u can reply in Mandarin would be fine.
Frankly speaking, my Mandarin is not good & my girl just simply know some fruits names in Mandarin. We got the a.m. Eng-Pth offer simply by 緣份.

I am looking for a KG which offers Eng/Pth class and planning to apply for a seat for my kid.

My problem now is that my kid has just learnt PTH since August in pn.

What if she cannot answer PTH questions in the Eng/PTH interivew? In this case, will they allocate my kid to Eng/ Chinese or simply fail us?

actually in PTH section, they just ask kid to follow instructions in PTH, kid doesn't need to answer. guess if you fail, they still offer E/C class (just guess).

E/PTH - using only Eng & PTH to teach and communicate with children.

E/C - using Eng & Cantonese to teach and communicate with children, but there will be still grouping lessons to teach PTH.

basically the content/ topics taught to both groups of children will be the same.
