Actually my lil boy isnt born yet just wondering when should I apply ESF kindergarten (Abacus)for him as i heard there's a waiting list and some of the other kindergartens even needa apply BEFORE the baby is born, that makes me really nervous.

There's strict guidelines for ESF schools.
they will not let you to apply early.

waiting lists are there becuz the school is oversubscribed
