Boys or girls?

For girls, I highly recommend NPMPS.
For boys and wish to admit QC, St James is a better choice. Instead of QC, NPMPS's allocation results may be even better than St James.

Pls go to their websites and review their graduates secondary school allocation results, you can see the difference.

Also, NPMPS is a low profile and local Christian school, an excellent learning environment with caring teachers.......

Mine is boy. and one brother following.
阿囝宜家就讀衛理幼稚園, 校長老師都話衛理, 同北循好. 但又想第時有得入QC. 真頭痛. 其實就分就係宗教個5分lor, 不過係聖公會洗禮.....

My neighbour's son studied at St James and got into QC, but he really struggles in QC.

Except QC factor, I prefer NPMPS (I declared that my son studied in NPMPS P1-P6.)

In K3, we considered 衛理, 北循 and St Michael, they are comparable, but my boy preferred 衛理. For us no regret

we are christian but only have 15 points.....now studying in Lingliang Kg....so i think the chance is very very small...even zero..

Not necessary, my son also had 15 points, we strategically picked pm class and got in finally.

can you tell me what is your strategically? is the school admitted your son in the first round? are you living in net 14? thanks.

The down side of pm class is a bit difficult to find ECA and enrichment program for him.

The upside is my wife and I are full time working parents, so come home pretty late, he can wait for us and still have quality family life. He can wake up after 9:00.

thanks for your sharing and information. btw, your son is studying P1 now?

today i have attended the talk held by NPMPS, the principle is very nice and shared about this school's teaching method and some history. i like it because it is not only focus acadamic, but also the student's conduct. moreover, the teaching method is really creative and taking care to different standard of students. However, one of disadvantage is that they are not sure when it will be changed to full day school and my kid will not have the extra time to attend interest class from external if admitted by PM class, eg. ballet, english class etc....

In another post, I mentioned by son is F4 and going to F5 after summer.

If NPMPS becomes full time, just let her enjoy the school life. The standard in the school is pretty high, why go for English class ........ You know 62~67% Band 1 students, no need to bother.

btw, does it have many homework everyday and your son was studying PM class, how did u study for test/exam with him?  since i guess he may be back home around 7pm, after dinner, almost need go to bed....thanks.

wah, your son is F4 la, which school he is studying now? (I PM you, DSS)

ic. so do u think they need 補習during primary school's life? (He didn't and a front runner in school. He took some enrichment programs to maintain his interest in Maths and English.)

btw, does it have many homework everyday (Reasonable and not like Kei Wan.) and your son was studying PM class, how did u study for test/exam with him? (No, we didn't do much. From day 1 we told him that studying, homework, pack the school bag were his responsibility.) i guess he may be back home around 7pm, after dinner, almost need go to bed....thanks. (Yes, he back home and did his homework and played downstairs with other kids. We had dinner around 8pm, we had family time, reading, watch TV etc. He slept around 11pm.)
