Where do you get this info/exam name??
I know that if you are in grade 9 or grade 10 (Equivalant to F3 or F4), there is the SSAT but not SAT exam.

Since you are concern about Cambridge started, your child must be only in primary school, this should not be for your child.

Stanford Achievement Test Series, usually referred to simply as the "SAT 10＂

It is one of the qualifying test for Stanford EPGY

If you would like to apply for Stanford EPGY courses, you do not necessary have a SAT 10 score, what I mean is your child does not need to be tested his/her IQ. You can apply on his/her behave, submit his/her report card from school, and if the academic result is good enough, they will ask your child to go and sit for an assessment. If your child pass the assessment, then he/she is accepted into the program.

That was what my son went through. No IQ test report is needed.
