1. 咁快就要決定揀攞邊區的小學概覽, 如果下年搬咗,可以點做呢?

2. 就算借到第二區的, 呢本概覽容易複製來參考嗎?

3. 其實用邊一曰決定小朋友是屬於邊區呢?

有無過來人可以指教一吓?多謝!

No need to worry so soon. This is just the hard-copy version. You can access the latest one online thru this link http://www.chsc.hk/primary/tc/home.htm when the updated version is available usually in early September.

I am not very sure if they have a actual deadline if you need to move (of course, I personally don't agree ethically on borrowing addresses). But basically you will need to enter the lucky draw by end of January. I have heard you can still change it later if you in fact have to move even after submitting it.
