Can any parents share whether we should join pre-musical instrument class or musical class before the children learn piano / ballet class ? If so, how long for the pre-musical instrument class or musical class. They are 5 now. thanks!!!

i may start around May ....but i am afraid i can't complete this 2-yr course before starting the piano....so when should i move to learn piano....quite annoying...im not good at music wooow

我囡囡4歲幾,下個月都會完成1年既音樂課程,5月開始單對單跟老師學.

No hurry if you aren't looking for a certificate in the short run. Let them complete the first year of the JMC course - and then enroll them with an individual piano/instrumental tutor in the second year. I DO encourage the completion of the entire JMC course, however!!!

系呀,老師都話讀完book 2可以同鋼琴一齊學架

My daughter attended an introductory music course (24 lessons) in Causeway Bay before shifting to individual piano course. I think introductory course was quite useful as an initial exploration in music. The teacher sang songs with the kids and taught them very basic knowledge of music theory. The teacher was very patient with kids. My daughter gained fundamental knowledge and transitted to individual piano course quite smoothly.
