KCS's student to teacher ratio is terribly high. Also friends said that their English standard doesn't appear to be as high as others would have thought.

Have 2 kids currently studying at Victoria (though not CWB campus). I really think Victoria is very good for kid's language development. My husband was an old boys in So Chi. He said the kids there are OK in English but very very strong in Putonghua. I think it is very difficult to have balance development of both English and Putonghua. However, given that I love the lauguage and interactive teaching of Victoria, I vote for Victoria!
