我儿子被一家PN的PM 班收了，是1：15-4：15PM，通常是他睡觉时间。请问家长我如何安排时间让他早上睡觉，下午有精神上PN。很矛盾，是否要去，但是在家和工人学不到东西。早上班又没有申请到，全天班又怕他太辛苦，他吃饭喝奶都是超级慢。请有经验妈妈指教。

My daughter will go N1 in Nov as well. I hv the same question as u. As she usuallt hv afternoon sleep around 1:30pm. But now the school finishes at around 4pm. I don't know what to do either? Any suggestion from existing N1 parent?

My son is studying PN pm class. At first, I also worried as he used to take a nap after lunch. Then, we slowly changed his time table:
1. Go to bed at night before 8:30pm
2. Wake up around 7:00am
3. Take a nap around 9:45am
4. Lunch at 11:00am
5. Go to school 12:00 (take school bus)

he doesn't need his morning nap now, so he usually get tired around 8:00pm. (He is 3-year-old now).
