Dear allieluk,
My daughter will enter into P1 in the coming September and we live in Kowloon City. There is no school bus that goes from Tsing Yi to the school. The bus will stop at Central or Admiralty.
If you take MTR from Tsing Yi to Hong Kong station, then get pick up by the school bus, hopefully the total traffic time will be less than 1 and half hour (25min from Tsing Yi to Hong Kong station and 35 min from Central to school enrouting other stops).
