Any comments on ISF 弘立書院? In terms of homework & exam, is it much lesser compared to local school?

homework --> 一定少過local school
exam --> 無exam, 只有評估.

But still 25% cheaper than CIS ($16,000). Not bad compared with a good boarding school in the UK.

There is an one-shot capital contribution $200,000 to school. I think it is refundable?? But not sure when!

Is the capital contribution same as the debenture?? I heard the debentrue now is HK$2m!!! I didn't dig out is it true or not as my son is still only 2.5 yrs old.

一次性建校費：
2011/12 學年的一次性建校費是一次過繳付港幣$200,000 元，不獲發放任何利息，亦不可轉讓。此費用在扣除所有欠款後，其餘額將由學生入學之學年首日起計六年後或退學三個月後而又不再就讀於智立教育基金有限公司轄下任何一所學校，以較長時間者為準獲得退還。
年付建校費：
2011/12 學年新入學的學生如選擇年付建校費需在入學首年繳付港幣45,000 元，其後在第二年及往後每年繳付港幣30,000 元*，不獲發放任何利息，不可轉讓，亦不獲退還。

* 每個新學年的年付建校費均可能有所調整。
本金劵：
學校校董會現時發行的一批本金劵，面值為港幣$3,000,000 元 ( 未來發售的面額可能有變) 。此本金劵將不獲利息亦不予退還，但在持有年限期屆滿後 ( 持有最少年限為一年) 或提名學生退學三個月後，以較長時間者為準，可將此本金劵轉讓給第三者。

本金劵轉讓價值將由本金劵持有人及承購人雙方決定，但需獲智立教育基金有限公司同意及須繳付轉售手續費。因轉讓本金劵而獲得之利潤，將由持有人及智立教育基金均分。

由於本金劵發行的數額有限，所以會以先到先得形式發售。
