I am a new comer, can any mummy recommend a good PN to me. I live in Shatin, Belair Gardens, my son was born on Mar 99, he can speak a bit mix of English and PTH. I have applied 荣光 for him, is this one ok, should I apply a few more in order to secure a place.Will parents occupation important to get a good nursery for kid, or really depends on my son's interveiw performance.thanks

Do you mean he was born in 2009 Mar? I have applied Boxhill Fotan for my son who was born in April 2009. I have heard yours, but not sure if it is good or not. The famous one in the district is HK Preschool at Fotan. There are also some good ones at Kowloon Tong but I believe most of them have closed application already. Try Victoria, it will be due on Feb 18.
Are you interested to meet up? I am a full-time mum and actually I am looking for playmates for my boy and would like to form some sort of "playgroups"

Hi, thank you for your quick response. Yes, my mistake , my son was born in 2009, actually my daughter was 1999. Where do you live, yes, sure, I would like to meet you up. I am a full time working mum, but is trying to spend as much time as possible with my son, normally will go to nearby parks 2-3 times on Sunday. We can meet there.
Wher is "Victoria", the one you mentioned?

Victoria has various branches, I picked the one at Olympus station. I live in City One. Perhaps we can meet at a nearby playground

sure! How do you know "failed" already, we will have interview in March. Any other nursery have you applied? I called a few others , but all passed deadline, one said I should have applied when the baby was born. Sounds crazy. Is this normal in HK, sorry I am a new comer to HK.
How would 荣光conducted interview, my son couldn't speak a lot yet, but is picking up these few days.

We had an interview at 荣光 in Oct 2010 and got the result in Dec. I am seeking other nearby nursery now.

My son also May 2009 & interviewed 荣光 in Oct 2010, but I cannot receive any letter from them.
They will send a reject letter? Or the letter is for waiting list only??

If you have not received any letter from them, that means failed. Any other nursey you found for your son?

I called 荣光a few days ago, they said they had interview already but will have another one in March, about 20 some seats are reserved for them. I called others, apart "good time international", none of them can apply any more.
