有怎方法可提升英語寫和講的能力?返工不定時很難在外進修

Just from personal experience, but probably not a very efficient way......

In order to write better, the best way is to read more. And to speak well, also the best is to listen more. As you read and listen more and get familiar and even used to it, then you will be able to write and speak better. It works for me 20 years ago but not sure if it still works as we all grow older!

Actually, it is just to establish a habit of reading, and also to familiar to the tone of English speaking. Any choices are fine. Particularly good to get some topics you are interested to begin with.
