My son will be in APS P1 next year. Just heard some comments that there is high turnover of teachers in APS. I hope not so. Is that true? What is your overall impression of the teacher quality in APS? Thanks!!

The turnover rate of APSKT teachers is not high at all. For the last couple of years, there is only a few leaving the school and the school soon replace them by hiring more teachers, one of them even returned after quiting for 2-3 years. Those who quit teaching have such solid reasons as health problems and further education pursuit overseas.
