any good reasons to write to apply from PM to AM class pls?

for me, I found most playgroups offer pm class so I think that's more flexible... any other reasons pls?

親愛的X校長：

申請由下午班轉往上午班就讀

本人為　貴校2010年度 N1 (即K1) 班學生XXX之家長，現由於家中各人在上午時份均忙於兼職工作，未能抽空照顧幼童，故欲替小兒申請由下午班轉往上午班就讀。懇請　貴校能體恤本人的難處，接納我們的申請。

不便之處，敬請見諒！
