我朋友有兩個仔都讀維多利亞,話好開心,而且佢個仔都係坐唔定,但d老師都攪得到喎！仲有好多人話升小学時.好多學校都喜歡v出嚟嘅學生喎！不過我唔知點解喎！等我了解下先

I think u better check out "小一選校" forum.
"坐唔定" is difficult to pass P1 interview of DSS primary schools. Like my friend's son, he tried 12 DSS schools this year and all rejected. He is now waiting for lucky draw result.

International schools suit better.

My son is a K1 student of Victoria.  He loves the teachers very much coz they are really caring.

This year, he is in the Eng and Mandarin class.  Prior to K1, he only has limited knowledge in mandarin but I am amazed to see he picks up the languague pretty well. Victoria is doing a great job in bilingual teaching.

My son is the 坐得定 type. So I am not sure the behaviour of other active kids.

未能坐定定 - is he already going to PN now?

Usually small B is not so good in discipline. But I believe when they get to K1, they will understand the classmate and will try to follow the rules. When he grows up further, he will learn the discipline and social behavior.

In my opinion, this may not be the decisive factor.

我都遇到同樣問題，之前問過到底選哪間好，不過沒有回應。有些朋友說vic好，因為好似high些，將來升小學名氣響點，另些朋友說蘇浙都很好，我就覺得它學費便宜，不用供仔仔說幼稚園都好像供他讀大學一樣。真的很難取捨。

my elder son is studying Vic K3 and has developed good languages. He will study HKUGA in coming Sept. But I will let my younger daughter to study KCS as it is cheaper.

My friend's daughter studied in Vic before and she's now studying in Marymount. Her language is pretty good and she's also mature, smart with good discipline.

首先，非常多謝各位提供意見。其實本人選擇之criteria除了開心學習，就是小、中學之path。DSS可能較傳統適合仔仔。相信蘇幼也是開心學，蘇小也不錯，但中學要另謀出路.....不知蘇幼跟Victoria哪一間升讀DSS的機會較高呢？請指教，謝謝！

我女女又係語言能力強兼坐唔定一族，都係維記VS蘇浙，結果係揀左蘇浙，因為我覺得將來一定唔會俾佢讀國際學校就無謂放縱佢，費事第時仲難教
我個女舊年9月讀PN，頭果幾個月老師都係話佢唔肯坐定，成日走出位，就算食茶點時都係要企起度UN身UN勢，無計，老師話佢試過匿起個吉嘅書櫃入面添呀....

不過老師好好，知道我個女係好動一族，都對佢多加留意，好感激！
如是者直到收到第一份評估報告，''能安坐坐位上''一欄老師係俾''繼續努力''，即係做唔到，而其他項目尤其學術上佢係好好架
到左而家，老師已經無再話佢坐唔定了，仲話佢乖左好多！

我個人認為，小朋友坐唔定就更加要佢學習紀律，唔係強迫去規範佢嘅好奇心，而係要佢知道咩係規矩，不能太自我中心，想點就點，當然起平時就不能過份管制，都要俾佢有足夠時間''放電''嘅！

I think I will let my younger daughter to attend some casual English playgroups in the morning and then study KCS in pm. After school, we will talk to her in English and read a lot of English story books to her.. It is cheaper than studying in Vic.

But if it is not money-concerned, I will definitely let my younger daughter to study Vic as well as they have good NET.

Yes, Vic got good NET. As for me, I want my boy to study in traditional school. Which one you recommend? Thank!

being an alumnae of Vict, i let go but take up KCS instead, simply b/c of the managment & execution of school. KCS is operating a school vs Vict is operating a commercial org.....only for the sake of $$.
