我知道一個在藍田.朋友的兒子在學, 老師1對3-4人, 用看圖作文, 用普通話教,朋友的兒子比以前有進步,不過只有星期五晚或星期日早才有位.

語文樂不是普通話教授，而且是繁體字的，對於像我們IS的孩子幫助不大。

You can try 創世紀 (http://www.societyofgenesis.com.hk/Home.htm). My son is P3 now and has been coached by a private tutor for a year with no specific advancement in Chinese Language. Upon joining the group class of the above center, he discovers the interest of Chinese especially on the writing area. There will be a free seating and assessment for the child, then a suitable level will be advised.

I have interest in sending my girl there. What do they actually teach? Would it be similar to the syllabus of chinese subjects of those traditional primary schools in HK? I'm looking for one that could actually assist my daughter in coping withe her school syllabus. My girl used to have a private tutor, however I also found that I still have to put so much effort on her to tackle her school tests and exams. So hectic!!!

They will have comprehension and writing. For writing, different types of sentence structures are teached. The most useful technique that the student learnt is the mind mapping and thinking skeleton before writing, students will have a more strutural way to think before action. I will recommend you to take a free class so that your girl can feel the atmosphere (the tutor and the classmates are very nice) and you can understand more on the syllabus.

My son is studying in Wanchai, next to MTR station. They will have a preparation class (prepare for the next level) starting from 16 July. Class will be assigned according to your kid's assessment result.
