Want to prepare if my kid asks why the sky is blue, why the leave is green, any good books that can help to answer these questions.
Important is that the answer is simple enough to make them understand.

there's no need to give the kids the answers instantly. And there's no definite answers to most questions that kids ask. There could be a thousand answers for a single simple question. So why bother to have all the answers in one book?
Just like to share with you how I help them learn. I would just tell them I am not quite sure, and I'll go find the answer with them together! It's fun!

I agree that we can't know the answer for everything but many questions look simple but it's really difficult to find an appropriate answer for a small kid to understand.
There are many books about like "十萬個為什麼" and I want to have your recommendation which book is a perfect one for 2+ kid.

There are many books out there providing explanations on things around us. But mind that not all of them are correct. Since the kid is 2 years old only, you could try to borrow some oversized books from library with pictures and explanations. As the kid grow bigger, and can read by herself, then go along with her interest. There's a comic book series called "白貓黑貓 " in Chinese, which I find very good. They have different series covering different themes, like Chinese History, famous spots in HK, day to day knowledge, etc. The writer is awesome. The languages are very well written and yet simple enough for kids to read and understand, with very lively cartoon characters to add some fun to the topics.
