標題: 請問St.Cat畢業生升小一情況係咪真係好好? [打印本頁]

係咪多數讀番九龍區小學?
但如果將來諗住同仔仔報港島區小學,咁讀吾讀st.cat好?or應該選番港島區幼稚園好些?
其實我而家頭痛緊選蘇淅定國際英粵班,兩者各有各好,諗黎諗去都決定吾到,大家可俾些意見我嗎?tks!

Very bad this year.
Very few get into DBS, DGJS, SPCC, GH, etc.
Very disappointed.

So far, in my daughter's class, we have:-
1 accepted by SPCC
1 accpeted by DBS
2 accepted by DGS

St. Cat has 24 classes. Obviously not every class has the same ratio.

其實sc k1是分大細班, 之後k2/3 係分精英班的. k1好成績的k2會group埋一起, 所以班與班之間好難比較! 可能精英班的會考得好好.

Really? How do we know which class or classes are so call "精英班"? Could you share more information with us?

請問你點知有分精英班? 我2個都讀過sc 重未聽過有精英班, 可以講多一點嗎

你可以問下你個班主任就知. 有幾班是從k1每班的最好幾個組成的.

results of KV are better than SC for entering top tier schools.

It is not true, some parents believe their children are the best and say their class are 精英班. My son is St Cat student. 班主任 said no 精英班. That also discuss with the Upper and Lower class student's parents. Regarding the last result I heard from the 4 parents for upper when 等校車, they said their classmate reult is quite good. their child is studying at 1 DGS, 1 Ying Wa, 1高主教, 1 St Francis. But I heard from the parents from KV at the same place 等校車 , they said the result is very bad but I don't know it is true or not.

K2之後精英班是肯定的, 佢地未必叫自己做"精英班", 不過一定係有幾班是從k1每班的最好幾個組成的.

我都有D懷疑! 我個細路讀K2時有9個小朋友拿全A. 這9個升K3後被分到3班. 其中有D比較差的小朋友同時也被分開到以上3班. 我個細路(全A)個班都分到一件.

在K2時, 我留意到有一班是有很多活躍的小孩. 該班班主任也特別兇惡. 或者真的有數班特別班(good or bad). 但我相信以上三班並不是.

而根據主任說 (除非她騙我), 他們不會特別分開好/壞班. 有兩個原因:-
1.) 孩子應該面對不同同學.
2.) 沒有很多老師願意教壞班.

我想可能有，不過可能只有1-2班特別精英，其他的就打散。不過，小孩還很少，是不是讀精英班不重要，因為每個孩子總有其獨特之處。
