Need to write the letter or not??
How many letters should we write???
Waiting is not a good feeling!!

Someone said they already have priority on the waiting list. So it' not much help towrite. I guess you can try, no harm done. But I won't, it's just a waste of time cos there are thousands on that lists...

I would assume no hope first and will not wait. If good news arise, then that's a bonus.

That's right. Cos they only call the WL in August. During that time, most of the kg almost get ready to start school year. With the tuition fee paid, uniforms bought, etc, it's hard to choose by then.

What do you mean?
I saw from other posts that some parents called the school about the WL. The school told them to wait until August. Because by that time, some more parents will release their places as they need to pay up the tuition fees. It's their final chance to confirm!
Therefore, it's a waiting game...

Sometimes I just don't understand why they give out so many WL offers. As you may know, with only 600 places, even with a 30% release rate, there's only 180 places. Is that necessary for leaving so many desparate parents hanging out there? The feeling of waiting is just too much. For me, it seems like ages since I received that WL letters.
