Yes, 家長只限一位, but if no body takes care of the sister/brother (since the school is having interview, there should be no school day), I think it's OK for you to bring along him/her.

你不如問左學校家姐無人照顧, 個日可唔可以帶埋家姐, 通常學校都比, 如果真係唔比, 咁都無法子.

黎緊我都要帶細佬去哥哥學校interview, 因為平時係我自己接送哥哥, 所以我時不時帶埋細佬去等佢熟習下個環境. 我諗你可以帶埋家姐的, 但要帶多個人睇住家姐囉.
