Well..... normally if people mention St. Paul's, they may be referring to St. Paul's kindergarten in Causeway Bay (Catholic kindergarten), where majority of students are girls and it has related private primary section (girls only) and DSS secondary section.

St. Paul's Church is the kindergarten in Central (Christian kindergarten), next to SKH kindergarten, where they have more boys, and have no "direct" related primary schools.

Unless they want to talk about St. Paul's Church but decided to save the "Church", otherwise, these two are different.
