My son (0806) got K1 offers of both KV, SC (Cantonese and English) and York (Int'l class). Which school should I choose?

Below is my thought among these 3 schools;
KV: Good at Chinese and the school fee is reasonable;
SC: Good reputation and Good at English with NET.
York: Bad image and the school fee is the highest. But, the campus is new and good at English.

My son is now studying pre-nursury in York with two teachers (one is local and the other is NET) in his class. Actually, i feel the learning environment in York is good. Because of the bad image and highest cost in miscellaneous expenses, I am thinking of switching to either SC or KV. I heard there is no NET in KV, but I am not sure if there any NET in every class in SC.
I thought my son is adapting to study in a class with NET. See anyone knows about it?
