In the interview invitation letter, it mentions kids will being observed while they play.....to see if he/she is suitable for the school. What are the observational factors? Kindly advice, thank you.

Communication skills, general social skills. The teacher has a form to fill out. It is just like playing at home or at the nursery class... very informal.

請問係咪有份play visit就等同一定收?

Nope... if the teacher feels that the child has special needs or his communication skills in english is not up to par, then no.

it also depends on the wording in your invitation letter. Does it mention anything about waiting list?!

Thank you!! The invitation letter does not mention any waiting list!
" contracts will be issued on the next day of the play visit to successful applicats"

咁waiting list係唔係一定會機會啦?

If the letter say you are on the waiting list, but they still invite you for a visit, then there is a very good chance that you would get an offer. You would be suprise how many true Cat 1 parents give up their offers for various reasons.
