Yes, good reflection. We don't need the government to plan how,s our kids should be educated. Government only needs to facilitate an environment, set policy direction and have a set of monitoring system would be enough. If choices are adequate, parents know to choose the school for their children according to their belief, regilion, location, financial conditions and childrens'ability. Now it's in a mess.

Schools having government funding doesn't mean they need to be dictated and directed by government. Parents should be given choices. Having a good regulatory system will be enough and government only needs to ensure no kid will be deprived from education opportunity because of their financial status. For other things, they don't need to bother.

就如大學生普及化: 十五年前的質素和今天的比...... ...
