Hi,
I am new in biomedical treatment and just visited Dr Trodd for 1st time for blood test.
Dr Trodd have given me some antibiotic for gut yeast and I have clear casein for 2 weeks and will start to clear glutin in this week.
Happy to see the 2005 “biomedical treatment - Parent group” forum, but unluckily the forum is ended.
U all are hardworking moms and I hope I could learn from you all,share and support on this forum

(1)
I biomedical CFGF diet is useful to u son?
If it is, how long we do we need to carry on? Whole life or a few years?
(2)
If we go out once a week in Chinese rest, could we eat? Is it we need to take 1 time Q-10 enzyme after dining out?
(3)
Which DAN Dr is more effective?
Dr Trodd/ Dr Lam/ Dr Fung?
(4)
Is B12 very effective, I want to ask dr Trodd for B12 next week.
(5)
My BB blood mercury is 5.6 is it very high, is chelation very safe?
Cream or injection better?
(6)
Is AP ABA one to one is very effective?
My son 3.5 and could not speak yet, only BB lang, AP charge $16500 for 2.5hr/month (1-3:30pm) and $21000(4-6:30pm), I am on waiting list and I really put great hope on it.

有人介紹孫介光舌針,我上forum見到comment都驚.
所以想問下各位媽媽 AP intensive individual ABA 是否可以幫到講嘢?

I think you should address your questions to Dr.Trodd.

My son saw Dr. Trodd for 6 months when he was between 4 and 4.5yrs. Have done all the things that Dr.Trodd told us to do (GFCF, B12, probiotics etc). He is now 5yr4m and has no speech yet. He is doing bioresonance threapy and attending AP ABA. Money can be earned and saved but getting him recovered is of ulmost importance.

Good luck to you with Dr. Trodd. My son was not a successful case but since there is no proven medical treatment for autism and every child is different, I hope he can help you.

Have u do any blood test for heavy metal? My son blood is high, zinc is low, I read from book these might be the reason for delay speech. Have Dr Trodd do any chelation for your son? I saw fr biomedical group parents on 2005 they do the DMSA chelation and seems quite good progress shown but I also concern on the safety of chelation.

did the blood test, stool test and urine test.  had the various supplements like zinc (the liquid) and a variety of stuff like DMG.  don't recall doing any test on immune system or bacteria.

did not do chelation as we are scared of the side effects.  i think dr.trodd did say something about side effect.  perhaps the doctor can help monitor the internal organs while doing chelation but we just did not do it.

dr. trodd also mentioned that hyperbaric oxygen therapy (高壓氧).  i found the company in HK that offer this service but the contact person (a doctor apparently) replied my email saying that it doesn't work on autism.  so i did not try.

我孩子現在在用ABA和感統訓練，我覺得ABA效果還挺明顯的。不過每個孩子不同，可能各種方法對他們也不儘相同吧。

我個仔3-4歲左右還是講簡單詞彙，那時亦已接受EETC, ST, OT既training,記得到5歲左右開始講短句，7歲半開始biomedical treatment, 說話技巧和能力進步很多。另外每個ASD小朋友都盡不相同，speech既能力可能跟其他hidden reason 掛勾，如果發現比一般小朋友相對delay,我地做父母定會各施其法。

Thanks I will check, I have also ordered a book "Path to recovery" and a genomic test from Dr Amy Yasko, hope it can really check out any mutation in my son 'DNA and which pathway is blocked, so suitable supplement could be suppled by Dr Trodd.
From Jan 2010 TIMES, it stated that Autism (in fact many diseases) are caused by unproper turn ON/OFF button on our gene, and methyl (B12) is the key to open and close it. So getting B12 and folic is really v imp. In rat research, it is proof that only feeding B12 and folic acid on rat could turn off "bad gene" and ON "good gene" on many disease. Dr Yasko genomicc test is focused on "METHYL" pathway in our body and using the Human Genome Project technique to find out the basic 20 genes that are controlling the pathway and affect Autism.
I know in 2006 biomedical Parent group -Kawai also had done it. I will try and share the results with u all.

It cost US $495, with a kit and a workbook for explaination. I saw the biomedical parents group said it is useful and know exactly what happened inside his body and what really need. You can refer to below and check.. The Parent group said it is very useful for in the Yahoo Parent group (US) but I still have no time to read. I still hardworking in reading those 2006 Biomedical parent group in BK. I only finish 70 pages, there are still 60 pages to go.

My son tried methyl B12 injection. He had not waked up in the midnight. The yellow urine may be caused by vitamin B (I guess). My son use oral methyl B12 instead of injection.

My son did a hair test and was found he has high level of mercury. I am using Cutler's protocol to remove his mercury. It is a starting stage, I still have long long way to go to help him.

I hope all of us can find our suitable method to help our children.

Australian Government:

I heard about the 2 children kidney damage fr other parents, not know details, that why I want to ask in forum that anyone knows any child parents here know that are suffer fr kidney damage after DMSA chelation. I always see in forum children recover fr DMSA, just want to know more on -ve effect before considering the chelation.

Happy new year!

Sorry for not reply as BB try the CFGF is really exhausting, together with nearly 10 supplements and B12 injection, really in a mess. After several times injection, BB get alert and really need a big fight before I can inject the B12. He get very tense and straighten his leg, make the muscle v hard and blood come out, will it be v painful when he is so tense?

Anyone know how to do the injection after his sleep? It is more easy?

For the DNA test, I have just taken the sample and it takes 8 weeks for the report..........

The test from US (Dr Yasko, Holistic Health) still have no results, 6 months already, they just got the $3---and keep on delay!!!!!!!

For my son, he start to follow simple single words but always flap his hands and play fingers, 24hrs, make me very unhappy, what can I do?
