Hello parents, my daughter luckily got a place in the lucky draw, and also an offer from the private section. I struggle for a while between the two and now decide to go for the PM school, anyone with such situation can share? the PM school fits us more because we live in KLN side and I like the full-day school for p5 and p6

we live in NT actually, have called the school bus driver and he said it will cost HK$1,800 a month, from Tsuen Wan, Tsing Yi, Mei Foo, and then Olympics and KLN stations etc , they will take western harbour tunnel.

But I dont know how to use PM, what is it and how to use please?

我沒有讓女兒考上午校. 因本身已有私校backup.
本區來說, 相信最難入應該係 St Stephen's Girls 吧! 我識好些家長始終唔係咁想半日, 有宗教分部份也會考慮跨區Marymount 和聖方濟各.

我估佢開頭放學番黎一定瞓，但適應到時間後，希望吃完飯八點開工，做／ 溫到十點，睇一陣書就瞓，朝早就練琴，一日學游水，一日請普通話老師嚟教佢（呢個我最弱，幫唔到佢）要默書果日就叫婆婆嚟再同佢溫吓，小一唔難啫，唸得好perfect, 什至安排好了，但都要再看實際情況！

DG 同 PM 選，一定DG, 因為我貪慕虛榮！可惜阿女不是面試材料。如果AM, PM, 甚至其他女私英小，女津中／英小，是但入到一間，邊間分別都唔大，近屋企故然最好啦。我入到中一，完全唔覺得我比其他AM 生差，大個咗後，身邊大部份女仔朋友都係from marymount, maryknoll, st Paul convent, st Mary , 當然唔少得SHCC, 際遇唔同，發展都唔同，但個個都好好，好叻，現在全部也是賢妻良母！所以學校深少少，淺少少其實唔重要，最重要有一個良好學習環境，良好德育培訓，千其唔好學壞，從少培養孩子閱讀習慣，佢喜歡看書後，睇幾深你都stop唔到。

根據以往的數字, 上午校入聖心中學及其他名英中的比例會比下午校高少少 (有關數可以在上午校的網站看到, 而下午校的數字可以在親子王國慢慢找, 原因亦可在親子找) 而且上午校的時間較好用, 住港島的會好好用. 這是為什麼有下午校的免費教育, 但上午校仍十分受歡迎的原因. 事實上, 上下午校的分析在這個forum 不知講了多少次, 查查便知.
你的囡囡能有上下午校同時在手, 不知是不是聖心幼稚園的學生了, 今年上午校的學位連聖幼也爭崩頭, 要好心快選呀...

We are still waiting to find out if this rule still apply this year. Those SHCK girls offered with SHCSPS seats will have registration next week.

Results not yet announced only for non-SHCK students. The SHCK girls have received offers from SHCSPS earlier. So, those who have both am and pm offers are SHCK girls only.

放學後當天晚上應該可以做好功課。
第二天上午返學前溫書。
而且在5年級就轉全日制。

This Sept/2010 P1 in Kln side's school bus Miss Fong Yee, too bad, cos of she stopped school bus after one month. Then, my friend will immedicately to searching another school nus (James Wong). She lives nearby me in east Kln (Lam Tin). J Wong around $1550 (Hung Tunnel). But, around one hour then came back to home. e.g. 5:30pm leave in school then 6:35-6:40pm came back to home.
I want to group some of East Kln or Tseung K. O.
SHCP pm schoolmate for school bus. Can use East tunnel go and come can save more time to doing homework.

There are not just one KLN school bus services for SH girls. Mr Wong and Auntie Fong are not related and come from two different companies.

我的小朋友不是自動自覺，亦不是勤力，只是知道要做的事情就會做。:)
例如：如果她知道要默書/測驗，都肯溫書。默書80幾至90幾。不太好但亦不差。早上，除溫習外，她亦會玩一會兒、看看課外書、打遊戲機等。
聽女兒說，有些同學會亂做功課，甚至刻意不寫手冊，以便不用做功課。這樣便不太應該。家長需要教導小朋友。

聖心開頭的頭兩個月課程不是太緊張的, 可能是俾些時間大人細佬去適應. 接著就都幾繁忙吓 (大人及細佬)
基本上, 聖心對家長是有一定的要求的, 因為慢慢會有不少的默書, 小測, 評估, 上網功課, 再加上要學國語, 閱讀, 課外活動等等, 都要家長在家打點. 至於默書測驗等, 同學仔都幾叻, 90零分真是碎料嚟喳, 所以你唔平常心都唔得... 因此我都幾服有些幾個小朋 友都在聖心讀小學的家長, 俾我肯定頭暈.
見 你問親都是學業上的問題, 其實真的不必太担心, 以我個人意見, 你去到90分交到差追上平均細佬只要出7至8成力便可以, 細佬還有時間去玩，看電視或攪其他嘢．但如果要多少少幾分成人上人, 咁要出10成力都未必得, 咁呢個唔係細佬決定, 是家長決定的. right? 喺小一呢啲初級戰，你迫佢多讀一次唔夠讀多幾次佢是可以取多少少分，但我唔想，我想佢笑多啲囉．．．
