They are changing to a English Primary School in the coming academic year, with net teachers teaching English and most subjects in English language. Questions:

1) Do you think that their teachers (all along teaching in Chinese, are now able to teach the subjects in English other than English subject? Do they have enough training in meeting this language change policy)?

2) How about the school administration? what kinds of leadership?

3) How about the principal, is he/she a competent leader?

What are your comments?
