no questionnaire for me too. I think most importantly is to submit the form within the timeline. So don't worry lah!

I downloaded from Kln Tong site. Must enter name and the name appears on the form. No questionnaire either.

KLN Tong interview date will ask parent to fill in questionnaires as well, hand in at once.

All questions are simple and straight forward. It is not necessary to prepare in advance. Most of parents completed the form and questionnaire at site.

One question is you want to join a local or internation primary school after kg.

But, it is just for reference and the valid application form should have the name of your kid on it. Hope it helps.
