請問各位, SFA 是否只需要蒂一張"Interview Form" , no need to bring any other documents? Because I lost the envelope and I can only find the "Interview Form" .

As per SFA insturction that student need bring the Interview Form for interview on 6-Nov only, but they hv reminded parent that this Interview Form need retain for indentification & register, if student accepted by SFA.
