no, 2nd in will info by phone and letter on or before mid Nov frist.

Shortlisted for second interview is an achievement.

2nd interview face another level of competition, old boys score will count. The chance is 150/300.

I think the letters will be sent out this week or early next week as the 2nd interview starts from 15 Nov. I don't think they will sent out just few days before 15 Nov.
