My BB is small B, born in Nov 2009 and called many Pre-nursery schools & they all said that they don't accept small B. Only accept those who reached 2 yrs old when school starts. Some said that they only accept those who reached 2 yr old in Oct 2011.

So, anyone knows which PN school accepts very small B?
