如是，正常。聽聞學校每年一月會 Call 小朋友面試。 Sister 喜歡有誠意的家長。

What you read is true but does not apply to all applicants.

2 Years ago i applied it for my daughter by handing in the letter to school in person.  I received a letter replied by SPC mentioning when I should send letter to them again.

However, a friend of mine did the same (just not sure if she handed in the letter in person or by post).  She did not receive any reply letter from SPC.

But my advice is you keep sending letters to them by saying that you are still waiting for their response in different format, such as in x'mas card and new year greeting, etc.

Usually they will only start interview the kids after Jun, the Central Allocation completed. So, there is still plenty of time.  But remember to keep sending letters to remind them you are still waiting.

It's never too early. As I know some parents sent in the letter as early as their kids still in K2. They finally got admitted. Of course their daughters' performance is the key factor la. Parents 'sincerity' is taken into account too !

Normally they will have interviews for outsiders in Jan & Jun/Jul. Of course they will only select suitable candicates for the interview. Also, for "small" girls born after Sept. will have limited / no chance for interview.
