有沒有媽媽在英國買樓收租的經驗，或要租樓給自己小孩留英時住？可否分享一下？

買樓 - similar process in HK
Place anoffer if accepted, you will have to get an solicitor. when document ready then you will have to pay deposit. On completion date, paid the remaining amount.

But 1 thing you need to consider. when selling, very depends on your luck. As the buyer will not give your deposit until they signed the Legal document. (not like HK, pay a temp deposit when offer accepted) So if after all searches done they can still say "I dont want it now"
