My friend's child studied there. She told me most of the classmates live in the area around the school - that is mid-levels. But I also have another friend live in Kowloon station.

Many parents are professionals - doctor, lawyers.

Some of the child got into famous primary because their parents are old boys.

School can find these in the application form - address, parents' occupation and parent's schools.

They can see also from the form if you have any religion - this point is not so important for KG but important for P1 allocation results.

If you have advantage in the siblings, you may put it in a remark eventhough they do not ask.

All in all, I understand they can look for good background family which tends to have higher chance for good primary allocation. Then the school becomes more famous!

That's true, 而且有d小朋友係"被安排"響度讀，我呢d百無人士apply都費事

又唔需要神化哩間幼稚園，報名= 有50%機會，唔報名= 機會系 0。

still又好多人申請因為好多人將間學校神化左, 好讚成GAT講, 其實有幼稚園揀學生, 就係揀D有POTENTIAL升名校既學生(父母邊度畢業, 咩職員, 兄姐邊度讀), 黎增加自己學校既知名度

but the interview format has changed...last year interview time is 15 minutes per one applicant

SKH is a good school. Campus is spacious. Teachers are caring. Good in discipline. Students enjoy school life. Preference is given to the kids whose parents or elder brother/sister are SKH graduates. You are almost guranteed a place if your elder is currently studying there. Home address is not important. Not too many come from mid-levels. Some from Kln and NT. Many having no relationship were also admitted every year. About 2/3 are boys. Heard that Central campus will move because of the redevelopment.
