Nope, but just received a notice today saying that we have to give reason why not using autopay....looks like it's compulsory....

Actually I already setup the autopay at late July,but I really don't know why they can't auto debit from my a/c.But I receive 2 memos today,one is tell me becoz of something happen,the autopay will delay to 22/10(can't remember exactly date) another one is need to explain why don't setup autopay,it's too confusing to me!

我也一早已使用自動轉賬，九月份已成功開始，但今日都收到通告叫我用自動轉賬...我都用緊啦！通告真奇怪！

Yes, I also setup on Aug-2010 already. But, two time also rejected. I checked my bank, they said it should OK & no problem can do the auto pay. I really don't know what happen of this. Very confusing.

我都收到通告，我又以為自己過唔到數，但ｃｈｅｃｋ　銀行，已過了數，於是打電話回校，職員話人人都會收到通告，如過了數就不用理會．．．

超混亂. 我8月已向銀行申請, 到今時今日, 我還未做到自動轉帳. 學校又要我去問銀行. 銀行又話係學校問題.

I have this problem as well. I checked with my Bank before, Bank said school provided reference No(typed in the auto pay form) have problem. Bank said we need to ask school again to calrify the reference no first & re-submit the form apply again wor.
