i'm sorry to say that this school has very bad interview arrangement.  my kid applied for a school place this academic year.
no waiting room and interview room were arranged.  the teacher just found an empty room on the highest level.  no interview record sheet was used.  the school is NOT that organised.
but...the time and date was set by school.  it never considered the applicant's available time.  the school rejected us to do the interview a bit earlier. so my kid had to be late for his current school.  but the interview actually started earlier with two other applicants already done in the room by other teachers.
after the interview we waited for half an hour. but finally we were told the teacher-in-charge WAS attending a meeting. results would be informed in one or two days.
when the designated time has passed, i called to know the officer JUST intened to call me. and the result was told.
the procedure came to the end eventually.
