somebody said that there is no 2nd interviews, neither to the kid nor the parents.

Is it true? Only one take?
Any parents know the flow of interviews?

Someone said that DGS preferred those "elder girl" with lots of competition certificates. Is that true?

In 1st round interview, only children group interview. Parents are not required to attend.
In 2nd round interview, children will be interview by the principal (and teacher also, depends) pair by pair, the principal will come out to take the children in and parents need to wait outside the room. After finishing the interview, the principal will take them out and send them back to their parents.
For the whole process, parents only need to show up in the 2nd round interview.

Don't know. But my personal opinion is those children who are confident, a little bit agressive and attended different kinds of ECA are their "targets"
