True Light, starting from P1 uses Putonghua to teach Chinese. The Chinese standard is very high.

True Light interview is First come First serve, you can call the school and ask.

Kau Yan also adopts PTH for Chinese teaching starting from P.1. Learned from the parents' briefing that the headmistress has introduced quite a no. of reforms that continue to improve the curriculum and environment for both learning and teaching (including a large multi-functional centre inaugurated last month). I heard that "little Mannings girl" got admitted to Kau Yan and she is studying in P.1 now. If I remember correctly, Bernard Chan Chi-see also put his kids to study in Kau Yan before. My impression for True Light is that it is rather traditional.

Actually as suggested by other parents, you may call the schools to try alternative timeslots for the interview. God bless you!

我中秋前寄出，上星期收到信嘅。
救恩我打去問，佢哋話如果收了就要放棄大抽獎，但真光響封信到列明只交留位費，到六月先confirm.

其實救恩校長到過小兒幼稚園講talk,我當時好buy 佢教學理念，可惜我嘅首選係官津小學，而剛剛致電學校說要放棄大抽獎，好難決定啊！

救恩去年收了小女，但我唔想放棄大抽獎，所以交了留位費後照抽，結果被學校放了在waiting list，6月後學校再致電話收番小女，但我最終因考慮中學問題而放棄了。
真光我是到最後一刻先放棄，去埋小一家長會同收埋書單同所有資料，我覺得真光比起以前亦沒有那麼傳統了，校長說由去年開始在各級加入了歷奇活動，連一年級也一定要去，目的是訓練小朋友面對困難和與人合作。學校亦計劃將室外泳池加建蓋，日後希望更低年級同學可以有游泳堂，下雨天亦可游泳。

我覺得兩間不相伯仲，真光有好的津貼中學，校風純樸，中文程度好，但測考會多些。救恩的學生較活潑和醒目，派位唔差，但聯系中學屬直資，要俾錢，而且在觀塘區，每年有30個位比救恩，但好多家長寧願揀派位。

去年我都係去完真光，然後打的去救恩，趕得到的。

真光約我0945，救恩係1100，但真光話要in 一個鐘十五分鐘，咁咪趕不切去救恩囉？

tungmom,我想問吓你同救恩改時間要給解釋嗎？因為我怕如果老實說的話會扣我誠意分呀！

我當日下午四點仲要in 漢華，萬一改了撞漢華又不是太好！

都怪我報了太多間，有點後悔

我囡那時冇IN咁耐架,半個鐘到就IN完~~
其實妳一早點解唔把救恩IN既時間選在23號呢??我就係選左呢日所以冇撞時間~~
講真兩間學校各有好處,睇下妳想妳小朋友在一個咩環境下學習LOR~~

on the letter from True Light, it said you can come to the interview before 1:00pm if you can''t come on the time it shown and you don't have to call them to change.
Maybe you go"to the other one first then go to 'True Light'

I requested to change the interview date from the 23th to the 9th before the deadline for application form submission, and Ms Wong gladly accepted my request. :)

I think once the interview schedule is set and distributed, they will not allow any changes.
