Is the parent who filled in the application required to hand in the form... in my case, if I filled in the form, may I have my husband to hand in the form to the school tomorrow? Pls advise.. thanks!!!

According to the "Notes on how to complete the application form", your husband needs to bring along your ID card copy (or other identity documents if not applicable) when he hands in the form. He needs to bring along all the documents stated in Page 4 of the above-mentioned "Notes".

You're most welcome. I suggest you check all the documents against the list of required documents (and of course whether the application has been duly completed) to ensure they are complete before handing it to your husband to submit them to the school.

填表須知說"如家長/監護人委託他人將填妥的申請表交回，則來人須出示家長/監護人身份證明文件的影印本"。

建議您詳閱填表須知，確保應遞交和及收表人員查閱的文件均齊備，免得要多走一次。
